Coronavirus (COVID-19) Updates

Fortunately the UK government has allowed online retailers to remain open and operational. While beauty and skincare may not be viewed as essential by some, we feel it is important to keep spirits up and ensuring everyone is looking and more importantly feeling great!

We review the status of our business everyday, so any updates will be reflected on-site as they happen.

Previous Update - 18/12/20

As we are now entering tier 4 over the Christmas period, we have decided to protect our staff and their loved ones by going down to minimal staff.
This means all orders are now expected to be dispatched within the next couple of weeks (5 - 10 working days). Dispatch times will be much longer than our normal 1 -2 days until early January.

If you have ordered after our Christmas cut off (16th of December) we will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Protecting people’s livelihoods

As well as having a duty to keep everyone healthy and feeling great, we also have a duty to protect our staff and supply partners’ livelihoods at a time of economic difficulty, as long as it remains safe and in line with government guidelines for them to work.
Our operational team has now been working from home since March 2020 and will be doing so till at least until March 2021. Our fulfilment team can’t work from home, however we have very strict health and hygiene measures in place. This means that they can work safely and in line with the latest government advice, and allowing dispatches to continue and for our lovely customers to keep receiving their favourite skincare products.
